Out of Network Insurance:
I provide superbills/receipts by request. Some patients with Out of Network (OON) benefits choose to file claims with their health insurance company for reimbursement. Furthermore, there may be a difference between Towerlight Health and Wellness fees and the allowable fee determined by your OON plan.
