Many people seek mental health care feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about what’s next. I understand how difficult it can be to take that first step, which is why my approach is thoughtful, evidence-based, and centered on your unique journey. My goal isn’t just to manage symptoms but to help you navigate life’s challenges with more clarity, resilience, and stability—even in the face of uncertainty.I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, bipolar I & II, psychosis, and BIPOC mental health through psychiatric medication management and supportive psychotherapy. My practice integrates psychotherapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy to help identify and break patterns that may be holding you back. When appropriate, I also utilize genetic testing to help reduce trial and error in medication selection.
My background includes seven years of medical and psychiatric nursing experience, with postgraduate training in psychotherapeutic techniques and specialty areas under supervision. My academic foundation includes:
• Master of Science in Nursing (Regis College)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (UMass Boston)
• Bachelor of Science in Biology (Kennesaw State University) with coursework in medical epidemiology, biostatistics, and abnormal psychology
